This mode requires specific equipment (soundproof booth, microphones and headsets) as well as a high level of concentration.

Consecutive interpreting
The interpreter listens to the speaker, takes notes, and then delivers the translation after a few sentences or at the end of the speech.
Compared to simultaneous interpreting, this mode requires more time but allows for a more direct interaction and a more personal tone.
Recommended for press conferences, presentations, business meetings, institutional events and interviews.
Liaison interpreting
The interpreter translates short exchanges between two or more participants, ensuring mutual understanding in real time.
This mode does not require technical equipment and allows for a dynamic and spontaneous flow of communication.

Whispered interpreting (chuchotage)
Whispered interpreting is a form of simultaneous interpreting performed without a booth.
The interpreter sits next to one or two listeners and quietly whispers the translation while the speaker is talking.
This mode requires accuracy and concentration and allows for immediate and natural communication.
Ideal for small meetings, round tables, bilateral meetings or events where only a few participants need interpretation.
Portable simultaneous interpreting (tour guide system)
This mode uses a portable technical equipment consisting of a microphone and wireless headsets (often referred to as a tour guide system), allowing the interpreter to deliver real-time interpretation without a booth.
It is a flexible and practical solution, especially in non-equipped venues or on the move.
Recommended for company visits, guided tours, training events and small-scale conferences.
Remote interpreting (RSI)
Thanks to dedicated online platforms, simultaneous or consecutive interpreting can also be provided remotely.
The interpreter works from a remote location while maintaining the same level of accuracy and professionalism as in on-site services.
Ideal for webinars, international online meetings, remote training courses and hybrid events.
